ConsManagment have to give some Decision making authority to juniors. so some times they are unable to give their 100% growth to company

Advice to Senior Managementgive some authority to juniors so that they can proof themselves, Salary Hike always gives mentally satisfaction to current employer. salary hike should be there as new joiners are getting higher salary then oldest employees
