I have been working at Atlas Systems part-time

    Pros

Very welcoming and great at encouraging group involvement. Always courteous of family emergencies and sudden complications

    Cons

Job is often repetitive and demanding. Employees are expected to teach themselves the majority of the job duties. Not much room for growth at this company

    Advice to Management

Offers raises and bonuses to those that deserve them. Also provide better instructions for the job. Only hire those employees that are going to add value to the company

I worked at Atlas Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    No reason to work here.

    Cons

Management is money minded. They just think about their billing and dont care about employees. Sometimes they dont even pay on bench even if you are on H1. They promote bonded labor and will ask you to sign bond every year. They are big opportunist and they treat H1 candidates as slaves. There is lot of favoritism and they have no ETHICS.

    Advice to Management

    Learn some ethics also.

    Nice people; pleasant work space

    Cons

Inconsistency in management; favoritism; company not willing to invest in employees or tools to make job easier or more effective

Compensation and benefits are competitive; too much favoritism and personal life of employees spills too much into workplace
