Pros
Good benefits and salary, competitive. Decent work environment. Good people locally but disengaged from the corporate environment. Overall I would say they are like most outsourcing companies.

Long work hours, little feedback from corporate headquarters.

Build a strong brand around Atos Origin and Atos Consulting achievements (which are many!)
Settle for one org model eventually and implement it properly
Listen more to your consultants

As an international company, you would expect Atos to offer opportunities for transfers to other locations in the situation of layoffs etc, however little or no effort was made.
Cons
Upper management concerned only about revenue, employee utilization and saving their own jobs at the expense of others.

Every thing is process driven . One can enjoy and have fun without doing any work . Good company to settledown if you are satisfied with paychecks .

Manager does not understand what he is delivering because most of the time he will be incompetent one who has been promoted just because his longetivity with company .
