A good company to begin your career with

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

Pros- They invest a lot on your training. They give you books like Oracle, Headfirst Java and some very good notes to understand concepts like OOAD, UML.
    - The work hours are flexible as long as you have completed what has been assigned to you and have completed the minimum number of hours in office.
    - The teams are professional. If you word hard, you are noticed. But, it helps to participate actively in group meetings.

Cons- Some of the HR and technical support staff may not be considerate of your time. You might have to prod or even escalate the issue to someone higher to get an urgent work done.

ProsThere are lot of learning opportunities here. If you leave other things, you will gain good knowledge here working for big clients around the world that Atos have. Managers are very helpful.

ConsI would say Atos India is still learning. Processes are in place but lack of proper implementation. HR & Administration work on there own rights and NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on Employee satisfaction than company or self gains.
