Atos origin is a good company.Provides reasonable opportunities. Flexible timings is Plus.

You have to be in office for 9.5 hrs a day.
Pros
1) Do your own hard work and you will get rewarded.
2) Fair chance of onsite.
3) Variable pay is about 10% and that is 100% payable and even you get easily 120% if you are dedicated to your work.
4) Managers are approachable.
5) You get your leave when required.
Cons
1) HR functionalists would have been better. (But it is better than a lot of other organizations)
2) Time punch based attendance system

Nothing much, I think personally they are doing a fair job.

Please provide basic work enviroment for an employee to work

Lot of freedom to choose work you like to do and perform very well in your chosen field and opportunity to maintain work-life balance

Not best paymaster, at times limited opportunity to work on large contracts or contracts with end - to - end services

Few large deals will help stabilise India operations.
Growth opportunities to people are limited due to volume of business in India

The company has been trying to improve things (which is good and appreciated) but the pace in which it is executed is very slow starting from the top management

1.Competitive Salary
I dont think there are any other pros of working at Atos Origin India.

1.Lack of strategic thinking at management level
2.Tendency of senior leaders to shy away from taking critical decisions
3.Always behaves in a 'captive organization' mode
4.No direction from technology-advancement perspctive
5.Happy to work on 'low risk' , 'low return' business model
6.Total lack of encouragement for innovation and lateral thinking
7.Lack of well defined internal processes and clear understanding of roles and responsibilities among different departments / verticals leading to inefficiency at work

after SIS takover most of the employees (SIS) quit
management is directionless

Lots of onsite opportunites for laterals and freshers.
Good place for freshers
Good amount of free time as there is not much work pressure
Compensation for laterals is good

Very Less quality work.
Atos india though an MNC but will give you a fell of working in a Govt office.
Pathetic HR.
People will not respond and will appear very busy when they are not.
Management is incapable and poltical.
Pople who work less and talk much are appreciated.
Join Atos only if you dont have any other job offer.

Please look outside Atos and learn some management tricks.

Good environment , carrier growth, abroad opportunities, good compensation, a lot to learn, very good training program, flexibility, health benefits, overall good.
Cons
less learning opportunity, management view on employee, communication gap, employee benefits, average approach to solve problem, such a big and diverse company but very few people know about it.
