Since the new merger and acquisition atos becomes a warehouse, too much people to handle, no more time for individualitty or either employee real competence's consideration.They try to send employee to the more clients they can without considering employee's willing or skills.

Management should be more aware of employees. THey should takes time to listen their employees to enable them to be more productive
