    Pros

OK benefits and good training material

    Cons

Company is selling off a lot of people these days. They don't care about their employees anymore. They seem to be running around without focus or direction. The company was good at one time but now treat their employees like bad cattle.

    Advice to Management

Stop selling off the good parts of the company and stop buying other companies to just destroy them

    Pros

I work on contract to another company and ATOS has really worked to keep the contract going long term. My co-workers are top notch. I am pleased with the amount of paid time off.

    Cons

I don't see a clear path to advancement.

    Pros

    Immediate management is good
    Coworkers are good
    Clean work environment

    Cons

Senior management is completely out of touch with employees
Serious lack of incentives and pay raises
Performance evaluation is not calibrated across all departments (some employees get inflated reviews while others who have worked very hard get an "average performance" review)

    Advice to Management

Make sure you recognize the efforts of your hardest working employees. If middle management comes to ask for a raise for one of their employees, don't dismiss it right away. Good talent will eventually get fed up and leave.

    Pros

Great people in my local office and I set my own hours (within reason). There is an option to work remotely for most employees, unfortunately I am not one of them,

    Cons

Low pay and little to no raises unless you are upper management or in sales. Communication is a joke because of a "no email" policy. I have on numerous occasions asked for training on key parts of my job and have NEVER received formal training of any kind. This company seems to go out of their way to ensure you will not succeed with them in any way.

    Advice to Management

I under that sales is an important part of any company but people are a bankable resource. Taking talented individuals and then failing to build upon their skills or motivate them in any way will guarantee they leave.

    Pros

Allows working from home, flexible hours, very generous PTO/Vacation options. Contract work is consistent and easy to plan around. Lots of communication from upper management via all-hands meetings or calls.

    Cons

Mac specialized department(s) are often anemic in personnel, hardware, and training. Confusing job/department responsibilities and requirements lead to unneeded stress and "politics" in the work environment. Recognition for above and beyond work is rare.

    Advice to Management

Invest in Macintosh/iOS knowlege, training, and personnel. Eliminate inter-department engagement restrictions.

    Pros

The people surrounding you are friendly and supportive. A real team mentality.

    Cons

The pay should be higher for the expectations. Very rigid on schedules, breaks and tardiness.

    Advice to Management

Need to look for ways to increase pay to keep god people longer. Not a lot of room for upward promotions.

    Pros

Compensation is maybe a little above average depending on the title, bonuses have been great or at least they have not missed one yet since I've been here. Work from home is another perk and I've never been micro managed. They are very relaxed on work loads if there is a family issue. All in all if you have the right manager this is a great place to work. Most of the people are great to work with and I've met some really great people.

    Cons

In some area's I've seen what I would consider un-realistic expectations on the number of hours you work. I myself did spend 6 months working upon average 70 hours a week and I know some were putting in longer weeks. This is a major con and you should be very aware of that. Sometimes sharing information from the management side is very slow or none at all. Moving to other positions seems very difficult or so it seems since I've been laid off. There are many people not doing the work of their job title and I've not done what I was hired to do, but I see this as both a Pro and Con. This does give you a chance to grow but when you have people doing other jobs that they have no training for you shouldn't count on the results.

    Advice to Management

This company like most are concentrating too much on outsourcing, I understand that they want to be profitable but there needs to be a balance. Even though you may get 3 offshore people for the price of 1 onshore doesn't mean you will get 3 times the amount of work done. You have some great people in place and need to keep them there since they know your business and the customer.
