Pros

- nice working environment
Cons

- huge difficulty to grow

Pros
There's a good work-life balance.
Cons
Not a great environment for young, eager professionals.
Pros
The vast majority of Atradius colleagues are knowledgeable, competent, enthusiastic and friendly.
The offices are in fantastic locations with good facilities with the opportunity to travel if you so wish.
The company offers many social events and societies creating a great atmosphere.
The company is a leader in its field (credit insurance), and thus remuneration is good.
The technologies used are (relatively) modern and the opportunities to learn (informal and formal training/accreditation) are high.
Opportunities for advancement are fair, but slow.
Cons
The company outsources development and many of the processes are cumbersome and unnecessary.
The company struggles to be innovative and is sometimes slow to move in the marketplace.
The company (on a non-management level) appears to be 'ruled' by an 'elite' who have worked with the various merged companies for close to 20 years. It can be difficult to break through their stiff, immovable mentality at times.
Advice to Senior Management
Harness the creative power you have in the younger employees (not necessarily young in age, but young in the Atradius workforce). They have experience that the company lacks and a world-view that is lacking.
Create an environment where they can offer advice without recriminations and without feeling 'clueless'.
Become more creative in general and try and move the company quicker. Processes are not always the way. They appear to hinder innovation.
Pros
International work field with global possibilities
Cons
Unkonstancy in permanent change management
Advice to Senior Management
Think in longer cycles, look behin fasades, and look for knowlege. Listening is a core competency of management
