Advice to Senior Management
Hold on tight, turnover in the coming months/years is going to be very high especially with no new growth in any of the businesses
Pros
They have a very nice office in the Fashion District of NY. The remuneration is above average, while also having a good lifestyle and friendly workers.
Cons
Unfortunately the management have no idea what they are doing with their products. The CMO, CEO and CFO are in their own world, and there is far too much overhead for the company to progress.
Advice to Senior Management
Take some time to 'clean the fat' of the company. Don't burn money, and focus all your resources on the cash cows.
Pros
laid-back environment and casual dress code
Cons
lack of communication and career movement
Advice to Senior Management
develop clear career plans
Pros
The company has the know-how and capital to position way up the value chain in certain areas and needs to make a few more investments to get there, but has the vision and willingness to take risks needed to win in the long term.
Cons
Long hours, sometimes repetitive, need more opportunities to move from sales to distribution to marketing and around to better round out middle management a bit more.
Advice to Senior Management
Make good on your promise to communicate more regularly with employees.
