    Pros

Worked in a lot of areas of the department, saw full production, nice co-workers. There was a sense of pride in the Brand of Atterro which was very cool to experience. There was a lot of events and different initiatives happening so there was always plenty of variety.

    Cons

low pay, boring office setting, slow-paced environment - there wasn't always something to do and you didn't always feel important.

    Advice to Management

Employee parking/bus passes should be paid for, keep up the motivation and positivity! Great upper-level management.

    Advice to Management

Don't make promises to your employers then back out last minute and pretend its just business, and be honest when something happens within the company.. don't hide behind someone else.

    Cons

-education is not recognized nor appreciated
-incompetent management due to the tendency to hire people who are not qualified

    Advice to Management

Focus more on employees who work outside of the corporate office in MN. It is easy to feel disconnected from the company when you are at a branch office in another state.

    Pros

    Atterro has an attractive website.

    Cons

Atterro squeezed out Worldlink Staffing at a company where I had worked contract for 3 years. Within one month my job was "eliminated." Atterro advised me they had no alternative work for me, but when I applied for UIB, Atterro told them I quit my job, denied me Unemployment and won when I filed an Appeal with the state. Atterro knows how the game is played and they play to win with no concern for the people who work for them.

    Advice to Management

Time to look within and question your business ethics.

    Pros

As an assembler, I had job security because even though my assignment ended at one company during a lay off, Atterro/Prostaff was quick to find me a new assignment at another company. They have good customer service too. They also offer awards/recognitions, benefits, etc.

    Cons

The contract can last between a couple of weeks to 2 years. No major health insurance to cover medical costs but just a limited-benefits plan.

    Advice to Management

Keep your contractors at the company for only a year. If they don't get hired on permanently, then give them the choice of staying or moving on to a new assignment/company. Also, help your contractors get hired on by communicating with the company.
