A true meritocracy, rewards genuine hard work. Global opportunities, great values

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBeen with the group for over 5 years in total. I've worked at several companies before including two multinational banks plus software houses. attune is by far the company which rewards hard work and provides opportunities to reach your full potential.

It has a 'boutique' culture - what this means to employees is that, they are not just another number - everyone gets an opportunity to make an impact through the work they do.

Years of working solely with fashion companies gives it a significant advantage over the competition. Safe to say that no one knows the business-tech landscape of fashion companies as well as attune does.

The senior leadership leads by example and does not hesitate to get their hands dirty including the CEO. Great mentors.

ConsBecause the company is growing at a very fast pace, everyone is expected to carry their own weight and go the extra mile. If you're looking to slack off and just be there for the ride, this is not the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore frequent communication to the teams.

    Great place to work!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsAwesome group of consultants. First class benefits - where else can you find a company that pays 100% for your medical, dental and vision? Global company. Great client list.

ConsSometimes it is hard to find a work/life balance, but you get 4 weeks vacation and 5 personal days...so use them!

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep open the lines of communications...employees want to know what is happening globally. The quarterly meetings are helping!

CEO and North Amercian Leadership is clueless

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood SAP AFS knowledge at consultant level that work hard. Some former SAP employees that have good technical knowledge.

ConsHR is a joke and spends most of the time processing H1B visas for Sri Lankan's. 10 hour days are pre-planned by project managers, so expect to work many hours. The culture is all Sri Lankan based. If you are a USA citizen, expect to be an outsider.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a real CEO and North American management team.

One of the best companies to work for both globally and locally. Rewards performing employees very well.

Software Engineer/BI Consultant (Current Employee) Colombo (Sri Lanka)

     - Zero cost to employee
     - Great Salary
     - Multi-cultured environment
     - Flat Hierarchical structure

Cons- Lots of work but this is not really a con.

Great consultants, but not great management

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsSmall practice of consultants with really good SAP AFS expertise.
Generally very friendly and cooperative team members.

ConsManagement was sorely lacking in ability to manage customer expectations appropriately.
Management did not communicate openly and honestly re: the real expectations on some projects.
Management did not consistently support their stated goals of work-life balance when planning and running projects. Consultants working 60 hours per week with no compensation or time in lieu for the extra hours is NOT "work-life balance".

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest with your consultants!
    Budget travel expenses realistically.
Learn how to say No to customers more often.
