Salary payment day doesn´t fail. In the right day, the money is where he belong´s, my bank account.

Cons

Absolutly no communication with employees. Social Responsability Certification is just for show, pure publicity... no aplication within workers down the base!!! Much people highly placed in hierarchy, threat their employees with very low respect... some actually insult the employees. May not append everywhere, but it does where I work.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to employees more often, their are who knows the client, not someone who never leaves the office. Respect everyone! The client isn´t the only one you need to pay attention, and flatter!!!

Pros

I think there are nice career possibilities first of all. People go there to get experience of work in international company and if not make a good career than to add a world known brand in their resumes. At the other time the Company steel stable during general economics crisis consequences in a country and demonstrate a pretty high level of human values in comparence with analogous employers. When other companies do not hesitate to get rid of all who became unusefull in one moment, this one try to keep all who were acquired. For a part of employees it's a chance to study or maintain their french too.

Cons

From the other side the facts mentioned below are balanced by a middle salary level for local empoyees.

Advice to Senior Management

Give more attention to tasks accomplishement control. Use some well-known management standart as general Company standart.
