    I worked at Audi

    Pros

Audi is very well recongnized, a successful company, leading car manufacturer with motivated people trying to maintain and improve audi's position in the market. There is a very strong company culture and employees fully identify themselves with this company.

    Cons

Audi is located in Ingolstadt, a small town, where literally everyone seems to be working for this company. Furthermore, there is a very strict hierarchy, and it seems to be impossible to advance quickly. Even having been recommended by colleagues for a particular position, this person would need to attend an assessment centre and might not be considered as the right person for the job by HR.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The internal structures should be more flexible, logistics should be less conservative, as this part of the company has a lot of potential for improvement in cost and time.
