I have been working at Audi full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Employee advancement, busy, new facility, plenty of inventory.

    Cons

Lack of employee's were needed, minimal training, too many employee's leaving in less than 6 months of employment, lack of motivated employee's

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house, pay more attention to the employee's who care and go above and beyond. Don't waste time and money paying those who just are there to collect a paycheck. Performe quarterly evaluation's. Is there improvement or not? If no, let them go.

    I worked at Audi full-time

    Pros

This company really lives and breathes it's brand image, which makes it a great environment to be a part of. You feel part of a team, on an international level.

    Cons

With the headquarters in Germany, and on the East Coast, the hours can be long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be great to see some programs for mothers or training programs for people relaunching their careers.

Current Contractor - Anonymous Contractor in Herndon, VA

I have been working at Audi as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

The company is currently in a growth period and there are many opportunities. Since Audi is part of the VW group, employees have a chance to move into roles for any group brand.

    Cons

Too many of the long-term roles are contractor roles. Contractors get little or no benefits and are not able to receive any training.
Being part of a big company it can be very tedious to get seemingly simple tasks complete. This is normal of most large corporations though.
