    I worked at Audi full-time

    Pros

This company really lives and breathes it's brand image, which makes it a great environment to be a part of. You feel part of a team, on an international level.

    Cons

With the headquarters in Germany, and on the East Coast, the hours can be long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be great to see some programs for mothers or training programs for people relaunching their careers.

I have been working at Audi as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

The company is currently in a growth period and there are many opportunities. Since Audi is part of the VW group, employees have a chance to move into roles for any group brand.

    Cons

Too many of the long-term roles are contractor roles. Contractors get little or no benefits and are not able to receive any training.
Being part of a big company it can be very tedious to get seemingly simple tasks complete. This is normal of most large corporations though.

I have been working at Audi

    Pros

It's a job. Currently any job you can get should be appreciated. It's boring but staff is nice. Free coffee and tea.

    Cons

Low pay, no overtime, no work-life balance. Customers are stuck up most of the time. Very small place not enough options of vehicles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more growth within the company. Allow for more work-life balance since situations arise and must be tended to.
