    Pros

Easy money because you're just sitting at a desk the whole day answering phones and directing people.
    Some good people
    Pays overtime
    Car discounts

    Cons

The environment is extremely stressful. Management is literally watching you at all times from the windows above and if they have an issue with the way you do something, they'll send you a passive aggressive email instead of confronting you.
A majority of the employees are fake and ignore you if you are a lower rank than them. I've had customers wait for more than 30 minutes at my desk for someone because they would not answer my calls or look me in the eye when I physically went to get them.
You cannot be sick, or else you'll be made out to be a horrible employee.
If a customer wants to be transferred to a specific dept and that dept just "doesn't feel" like taking the call, YOU are stuck with them calling 7 times an hour and yelling at you.
Receptionists are constantly quitting because of low hours/treatment and no chance to move up in the company

    Advice to Management

Treat every department equally. Yes there's good pay, but it's not worth it if you're being treated like the scum of the Earth just for the position you hold. Also, focus on hiring and promoting within.

    Advice to Management

Clean house, pay more attention to the employee's who care and go above and beyond. Don't waste time and money paying those who just are there to collect a paycheck. Performe quarterly evaluation's. Is there improvement or not? If no, let them go.

    Pros

This company really lives and breathes it's brand image, which makes it a great environment to be a part of. You feel part of a team, on an international level.

    Cons

With the headquarters in Germany, and on the East Coast, the hours can be long.
