Easy working environment, great audio knowledge to learn.
MultEQ technology is interesting.

Cons

No company culture whatsoever.
Except MultEQ, other audio technologies are mostly gimmicks. Research is really NOT extraordinary.
Management thinks the company is better than Dolby, SRS or other similar companies. Somewhat arrogant for such small company.
Small company big politics.
Pity annual salary increase and bonus.
Engineering Managers/Directors doesn't have good technical knowledge and strength, therefore provide little or no technical leadership to its engineers. Engineers are on their own and company provides NO training or help from outside either, and still ask engineers to deliver products on time.
Flexible working schedule but management and employees are just abusing it.
Bad Bad Bad location for technology company.

Advice to Senior Management

Reward hard working employees.
Management needs to work harder, it's still a small company but with big organization bureaucracy.
