Augmentity is an average option if you are looking for a temporary job because it provides an industry average compensation and benefits package.

Cons

Augmentity is a mismanaged startup and is not a long term career option. Leadership offers no vision or integrity, expectations are not clear, the work environment is not professional, the company is understaffed, engineers are overworked, processes are non-existent and the product and service offering is very limited compared to its industry peers. If you are seriously considering an offer from this company I would make sure you get everything in writing prior to accepting the position.

Advice to Senior Management

There are several cracks in the hull of this sinking sail boat and Augmentity became an industry joke in a short amount of time.
