Provide more visibility to normal employees when making a decision. Tell truth and do not hide the real situation. Produce more family-like circumstance, not only on the activities, but also with a few small snacks to win the heart of employee.

It is hard to work at Augmentum, however, you can learn something really which is very good for the students who have just been graduated from college.

As a freshman to the society, you can learn much here.
Augmentum is a company of software outsourcing, most of customers are in USA, including many corporate champion such as Intel, Microsoft, EMC etc. Many projects are all handled by Augmentum, that is their core business and tech are done by Augmentum. You are lucky if you join one of these projects. You can learn much and growth up quickly.
Augmentum has a core team at USA, many are CTO level principles, they always guide projects between engineers and customers, of course you can learn many things from them if you catch the chances.

Cons

You are working hard here, the offical work time is from 8:30am to 17:30pm, but it is often that you need work after supper at company. They arrange many meetings at night; many projects need you work overtime, etc.
However, your package is unfair with what you pay out, your time, your youth, your life and your health.
There is no overtime pay for night overtime, even for overtime at weekend!
The salary you will get is 12+1 one year. Then there is not other bonus any more.
There is no body building plan, no sports clubs, no shuttle bus...

General, what I complain is total about the package you should gain :)

There are many old employees losting all the time, and I think the company or CEO should think about the problem of humanization, helps attract, retain and motivate employees.
