I worked at Augsburg College
Pros – some of the employees, 9.60 is fine for the work we did.
Cons – Wasn't really what I'd call an "intern". I don't think they were actually ready to teach.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep trying.

I worked at Augsburg College part-time for less than a year
Pros – This opportunity was very educational as a student at the time. The work is quite simple and a housing stipend is available
Cons – There are downsides to any employer. The only downside found here was that most of the meetings were unnecessary. The department spent money that could have been used in other areas more effectively.
Advice to Senior Management – The program is useful, but be careful you aren't budgeting too much on this program. Not every event needs to be so expensive.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Augsburg College part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – -Very easy to balance work and school,
-Lots to learn here letting you grow as a student as an IT worker.
-Lots of downtime that can be used for homework or other things.
Cons – Not a lot of opportunity for advancement, Sometimes work can get boring.
Hourly wage is low for the work we are doing, though it is a student job.

I have been working at Augsburg College full-time for less than a year
Pros – URGO program was a blast and I got to research something I am passionate about. Going to help a lot for graduate school.
Cons – I wish I had more than 10 weeks to work on the research with. However going ahead I would like to publish the work but would need more work done first.
Advice to Senior Management – None

I have been working at Augsburg College
Pros – It is interesting working here because everybody has real knowledge and I can learn a lot here
Cons – It's more of a problem of the Augsburg city. Not too much entertainment here.
