stop yelling and patronizing the woman who don't speak English and compliment all workers ..... only promote the best of the best and stop hiring pointless managers

Interaction with different types of customers, improving sales skills, learning how to multitask and fast, it is relaxing to make pretzels

It was very difficult to train others in the time that they needed to be trained. There were too many guidelines.

While it is understandable to follow and enforce guideline by any means, it is always a nice thing to remind an employer what they are doing correct as well.

you get to have a lot of pretzels for free usually, and every job is very simple to complete quickly

it can be very dirty at times and even after you wash your clothes a lot they still smell really bad

they should definitley pay us more money to do this job. sometimes it can be very busy so it gets hard

Pros
You start above minimum wage, which is 7.25 in WV. I make 7.50 just starting out, others in the store make 8.00. It's a fairly easy job, not much to complain about.
Cons
The lack of upper management, many customers with not as many employers, not very flexible schedule unless a coworker switches you shifts.
Advice to Senior Management
Bring on trained assistant managers, it makes it easier than to just pick an employee and start training them and let all the new employees run wild.
