Former Employee – worked at Aurora Group full-time
Pros – Brandie is a great hands on owner. She is always open to give advice and coaching when needed. Aurora Group is a fun, fresh, and innovative company that will give you everything you need to succeed.
Cons – I don't have anything bad to say
Advice to Senior Management – Keep being constantly involved in the development (which you are already doing). Write a book :-) If you could capture all of the information you teach in a book it would help a ton of people and empower woman everywhere..

Former Employee – worked at Aurora Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – The management team there is very caring and willing to go out of their way to help you. It has more of a family feel atmosphere. The hands on training is amazing. I've taken away so much knowledge and experience that will help me in whatever I choose to do.
Cons – There is one sales rep I feel is too pushy when he makes his closes.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what your doing.

The training is excellent and you are given the right support to grow in business and succeed. You always have help when you need it and it is an exciting competitive team environment. I really enjoyed this job rather then just working it.
Cons – None just for the right people.

Current Employee – been working at Aurora Group full-time
Pros – The office has a fun, high energy atmosphere full of people I enjoy working and socializing with. Aurora Group regularly participates in philanthropy and community service projects and has logged over volunteer hours in the past year alone.
Cons – At times it seems not as organized as I would like and there seems to be last minute changes at times.
Advice to Senior Management – More consistent communication of expectations with schedule and meetings.

Pros – People are super friendly and they care about the success of their fellow employees.
The weekly outings to keep the office connected as a team are the best; whirly ball, laser tag, bowling, you name it!
They are very upfront about what they do and the opportunities; if you don't know, just ask!
Cons – The temperature in the office is too cold!
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up!

Current Employee – been working at Aurora Group
Pros – I have been with the company over 4 years and really enjoy it. It's more of a family atmosphere. People actually want to help each other out. I've met some of my closest friends through Aurora Group. I also like that they have multiple events a year to allow you to network and travel. The biggest things for me are the friendships I've built and the experience I've gained.
Cons – This position isn't for everyone. It takes a lot of discipline and drive to be successful.
