Pros – Not many employees, so you get to know a large percentage of them.
Students are very bright.
Nice small campus - don't have to walk far from parking lot.
Comfortable student center.
Cheap area to live in.

Cons – Since it is so small, not many opportunities to do something else, unless you are faculty.
Sherman is not a exciting place.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.
When are you ever going to get computerized class registration?!

Pros – For a college, it maintains an intimacy at all levels. The President knows each staffer by name; the vice presidents are all extremely professional.

Cons – Located in Sherman, Texas, the only options are to live in the small community or to commute on North Central Expressway. Nice if you like small town life, but otherwise...

Advice to Senior Management – There's a reason Austin College continues to be listed among best colleges at which to work: Keep it up!
