    Pros

Being an important part of an Innovative Team, and then linking this team across many different parts of the bank, to create a Super Regional Bank, has been a key learning (Pro).

    Cons

Large organisations can foster an environment of politics. This is the only key drawback (con) that can at times take up too much time to manage.

    Advice to Management

ANZ is doing well in Asia, because the culture is positive. It is important to keep pushing the importance of innovation and customer focus to keep ANZ pushing forward in Asia Pacific.
