Flexible working conditions, good facilities and opportunities, good training culture, staff benefits and a very good social life. Nice people to work with

    Cons

A lot of bureaucracy and red tape, difficult sometimes to work wtrh a company with staff in so many diverse locations

    Advice to Management

Invest in better communication systems so staff working in remote locations can communicate and work together in a more productive fashion

    Pros

    - Work schedule is really good for me - Competitive pay and benefits - The company takes care of its people

    Cons

    - Little room for learning (so far) - Work gets repetitive at times

    Advice to Management

Work could use a bit more learning curve as it gets redundant sometimes.

    Pros

You can have lots of difference experiences once managers get to know what you're capable of. You may get to try roles that you may not get a look-in to otherwise. Flexible working is becoming more of the norm, so a great place to work if you are juggling a career with family responsibilities.

    Cons

Like any large corporate, it can be difficult to get things done. Too much bureaucracy at times. I have worked in the organisation for many years and I have observed an intolerance by management regarding staff providing 'constructive feedback' creeping in over the past few years. Manifests itself as everyone just keeping their head down and being quiet.

    Advice to Management

An excellent company, but just need to watch that difficult managers don't colour things and make it hard for people to do their jobs.

    Pros

Lot of learning and good salary package

Hiring procedures should look in to bring more experienced people at managerial positions. Existing juniors are more experienced than incoming Managers.

    Pros

Great work and Management Structure. Learned a lot about the working and functioning of ANZ Bank in particular. Met great people

    Cons

Low pay, had to put in extra hours often. Training didn't start until a week into the job, was doing nothing on the first 8 days.

    Advice to Management

Need to take employees opinions into consideration. Better feedback for the job done. Faster training and induction of new employees
