I worked at Australian Unity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good location next to park, good name on CV

    Cons

In my department, culture is not good. Boy's club and staff turnover is high. Senior management need training in management skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to improve the departmental culture, senior managers need soft skills training. The staff turnover rate should tell you something. Poor relations between staff members.

I worked at Australian Unity full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The South melbourne office is in a great location.

    Cons

Senior Management team have been promoted based on friendships rather than experience or qualifications to complete their role(s). This is having a significant impact on staff morale as unrealistic expectations are constantly set.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Speak to people in Operations, Support or Project teams, the organisation extends beyond the four walls of your office.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
