Current Employee – been working at Ausy full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Easy to get a first a job, with a full contract (called CDI in France).
Nice area around the office, beaches and mountains nearby. Very good for outdoor activities.
Cons – The company actually lends employees to other companies, even the job interview is with the managers of the prospective customer. After that it seems like you're working for that customer company, you do the same things as real employees of that company, but on paper you're working for Ausy. This scheme is to come around the stupid french laws. Not sure if completely legal....
Many people are out of contract, after the customer company doesn't want them any more, but Ausy cannot find them a new place. As french laws don't allow firing easily, Ausy is trying to make these people to resign by themselves, with disgusting methods.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to see employees as partners, not as someone you only want to exploit.
