Pros
Nice clean shop with best equipment
Cons
Factory oriented work, no freedom with schedule because you can't be a minute late in the morning or after lunch. The pay is garbage compared to other shops that pay flat rate. They force you to share your paycheck with everyone else meaning if you work harder than every one else you will get screwed!
Advice to Senior Management
Take care of your employees and they will take care of you !
