I worked at AutoFair Automotive full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The executives are great to work with. Autofair has a positive reputation throughout the state which helps. Co-workers were generally easy and fun to get along with.

    Cons

There tends to be a lot of stress that carries over into personal life. Management is very disorganized. There were many inconsistencies in management, goals, and tactics throughout my tenure. I often felt like I was being over worked and my personal time was never taken into consideration.

    Advice to Management

Learn to cater to your customer base. Don't be so over zealous that you scare people away.

I worked at AutoFair Automotive full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. Long schedule, will not pay you as promise. The place I. Haverhill is a joke. They have you mislead your client into thinking they buy a car just to bring them back and change the terms.

    Cons

They will find anyway to not to pay you as promise. This place will hire people knowing they are going to let them go just to fill the spot temporary. Be very careful about working for these guys. The Haverhill store is very unorganized. The sales people are very good people and they are being taken advantage of. They will hire you and give you a big guarantee just to try to get out of it.

    Advice to Management

Treat you employees with the respect knowing that they are working twice as much as normal dealerships. Pay what your promised. The integrity is poo

    Pros

Money was decent and there were a few good people there.

    Cons

The managers treat you like trash. The fellow sales reps also look down upon new people. All in all this place was a nightmare to work for I would never reccomened this as a place to start out especially if you are new to the business of selling cars. Start off at a smaller dealership you'll learn more and they'll treat you with respect

    Advice to Management

    Get new ones

    Cons

Management was sometimes rude too workers and did not know how to handle situations in the best way possible. Also, sometimes workers did not concern their issues and simply gossiped.
