Current Employee – been working at AutoGenomics

Former Employee – worked at AutoGenomics full-time for more than a year
Pros – Most of the co-workers are very easy to get along with.
Cons – Quite a bit of disorganization and lack of understanding by other departments, of the importance of some accounting requirements. Top management somewhat aloof from some of the internal issues. Operating system software somewhat limited in it's capabilities. There was also an issue of operating capital during my experience there.
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management needs to be more in touch with all levels of staff, on a regular basis.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at AutoGenomics
Pros – They participate in an important, growing field, which is on the verge of changing the way medicine is performed both in hospitals, reference labs, and maybe even point-of-care.
Their solution is creative, but has been described as "not ready" for the clinical marketplace.
Family company if you like that sort of thing.
Automation is the ultimate goal of the molecular diagnostics market place.
Cons – Some influential managers are literal dinosaurs in the industry; they do not see how much their field has changed along with business practices. Subsequently, their metrics are wrong.
Their solution is a creative one, however has been described as "not ready" for the clinical marketplace.
Advice to Senior Management – Seek reality, re-learn your marketplace. You can succeed but need to make some tough decisions about your direction. Remember your market communicates among themselves. Act accordingly.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
