Pros
lots of hours, great customers most of the time
Cons
low pay for all the mechanic work you have to do for free. never know your set hours allways changing. no compensation for checkout challange that you are forced to sell!!
Advice to Senior Management
Pay better for your experienced mechanics that get you the sales. bounus for all employ's on checkout challenge's, better training, more organized when setting hours for the week!!
