Current Employee – been working at Avalanche Creative Group
Pros – If you want to work in tax and what to get experience in all aspects of tax such as Corp., Individuals, Partnerships, Provisions, and much much more than ACG is a great place to start your career.
Cons – There is no work life balance.

Former Employee – worked at Avalanche Creative Group
Pros – Good benefits and AAA name recognition
Cons – Tied to your desk. Complacent attitude among most agents. ACG bonus policy heavily tied to Life insurance sales which was a difficult sale for a company known for auto. Agents that have been there 5 years still making under 50K per year.
Advice to Senior Management – Allow agents to get out of office more and create a more balanced bonus goal so agents can actually increase income. Too much micro management and managers who do not have a good insurance head.
