“Total disappointment”
Former Employee – worked at Avant Healthcare for more than a year
Pros – Found no pro's. They are friendly.
Cons – Very disorganized, extremely poor communication skills, Never answer calls/ reply to emails, delay everything to last minute, recruiters speak as if everything is in their control when they cannot control anything.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication skills, increase staff and productivity.
