Everything broken between 5 poorly managed acquisitions - everyone trying to put the pieces back together. Many unqualified people in key positions.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace some of the weak people that are still in leadership positions, despite several down-sizing efforts

Great employee purchase program if you are into these products.

Cons

They can't seem to get themselves organized. Too many changes, nothing sticks, too many lay offs. No direction from upper management. The left hand doesn't knwo what the right hand is doing. Poor job of integrating acquired companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Get it together. Make a decision and execute on it. Move forward!

Our products are interesting and the environment in which they are used is extremely interesting.

Cons

Very unstable management over the past several years. They did little to maintain/build infrastructure. However, we have a new management team and they really seem to be on teh right track. Time will tel.
