I worked at Avion Systems full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

No training, you are basically on free run.
You are treated like a milk cow.
    Salary is paid on time.

    Cons

Benefits are not clearly communicated. You have to basically fight for everything you get apart from your salary.
    Overtime benefits are completely denied.

Company has great potentials for growth, but management needs to treat workers like human beings and not milk cows.
