There is a lot of opportunity for self improvement in this company. Amazing people to work with. People are ready to invest in you for your growth.

    Pros

Fun job, poor communication from supervisors

Former Employee - Part-time Driver in Denver, CO
Former Employee - Part-time Driver in Denver, CO

I worked at Avis Budget Group part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Friendly people
    -Decent benefits
    -Potential to advance
    -Flexible work schedules

    Cons

    -Bad Pay
    -Total lack of training
    -Horrendous communication

If you go into an "on-call" position, make SURE they have your contact information and availability, and ASK to be trained.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with your employees! I was called into work ONCE then never heard from you guys after that. Also offer better training for new hires. Finally, the religious and political talk gets REALLY annoying. It should be policy to keep that out of the workplace.
