Details
Pros
Integrity is key throughout the company.
Improvements have been continual as far as processes and forward thinking goes.
Cons
More employee parking is needed at the main office site.
I would suggest some generational education for the workplace be added. (3-4 generations of people working together, etc.)
Advice to Senior Management
I really think the current leadership at Avista is on the right track.
Change is tough, but we have such great employees we can make it and succeed!
