    - A bit of a social scene once you track it down

Cons- A bit of a lifeless atmosphere in the office once everyone has their heads down. But I suppose that is inherent within such an industry.

    Enhances mediocrity, very badly managed

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsSome people are talented, they usually quickly leave. Good work life balance.

ConsVery poor management. Many layers of fat. Mediocre hiring skills. Terrible handling of the restructuring process which saw 20% of staff being laid out. Many mediocre people hiding and not being found out. Some breaches of compliance not being reported. Organisation need to either be wound down or completely overhauled from top to bottom.

Advice to Senior ManagementLeave and get new people.
