Bangalore (India)

Former Employee – worked at Aviva Life Insurance India full-time for more than a year

ProsThe employee as an sales manager gets ample of training on products, sales, marketing, personality development, time and stress management.

Consdo not like the concept of sharing the desk top by other sales mangers. There is lot of disturbance and one cannot concentrate on his her work due to sharing of desk top by more than one sales manger.partiality by the reporting managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementTthe management should not show the exit entry ones the employee completes his/her one year irrespective of whether the sales manager meets their confirmation norms or not. further they should see that the details of the sales manager performance is updated. It was not updated in my case. Adding to this if the employee does not fit into sales , well there are so many internal posting where the employee can be transferred into training/marketing/ admin/corporate sales/HR
