    Overall good place to work

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Phoenix, AZ

    ProsPeople are very friendly
High interaction rate with people from almost every electronics based companies (i.e. Samsung, Intel, Fairchild semiconductors, etc.)

ConsA ton of work to do at quarter end and from what I've heard EVEN more work to do at fiscal year end.
I felt it was very group segmented didn't really get the feel of one autonomous organization.

    Politics in the work place

Industrial Engineer, Manager (Former Employee) Chandler, AZ

ProsBenefits are average and suitable. The work life balance is good and communication is practiced within the ranks.

ConsIf you don't mind being over looked due to favoritism and not being part of the good old boys crowd than I would not recommend the company. There is a lot of disappointed managers who are not promoted and only the favorites get recognized.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to hear the voice from lower ranks and stop the philosophy of competition between divisions and start acting as a company with the same focus. Upper management is too separated from what is really happening within the workforce.

    Glass half full

Business Analyst (Former Employee) Phoenix, AZ

ProsPaid time off, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k and pension options, willingness to work with the personal schedules of employees.

Conslack of communication between management and employees, lack of upward mobility in relevant training and career development.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds to be restructured in a way that management understands the needs of the company and does not only include decision makers at the executive level.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
