    Pros

Amazing culture and values. Great people, a wonderful place to learn and grow.

    Cons

Failure to change with the times. Continuous revolving door of Senior Management that do not have any idea about Direct Selling nor how to stem the "bleeding" of Active Reps, sales and profit…A very unfortunate change of events that is leading to a downward spiral.

    Advice to Management

Hire back former employees with institutional knowledge, as there are very few left who know this unique business…listen to your Representatives, they are the heart and soul of this company

    Pros

Work from home, vehicle, independent schedule and trips.

    Cons

Representative motivation, goals constantly change, unsure of any real career path. Bonuses are hard to achieve based on KPI's.

    Advice to Management

Have a plan that works for the representative. Don't have so many sales this cuts earning potential, people only buy then.

    Pros

customer sevice, people interactions, makeup parties, out going, friendly, talkative, product review, and traveling, face to face meetings, first to try new products before they are in books

    Cons

commissions, door to door, rude customers, non payer, buy your own books, samples, bags, no car, lot of walking, and commissions

    Advice to Management

i know its your own business you are your own boss but i think samples should cost less since it only comes 10 in a pack and its very little, some people dont have the money to buy samples i know i didnt and it was very recommended to buy and it was always asked for but wasnt able to afford it you start from nothing.

    Pros

Base Salary, bonus opportunities, full benefits, and company vehicle

    Cons

Declining business with out dated business model. And huge decline in engagement. Poor fulfillment for customers resulting in buyers remorse

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as well as you treat representatives. New Age Business Model Needed. Recruit from Target, Googel and the like. Business model is old and sucking life out of company.

    Pros

Online training, great money, be your own boss, free online store, work as hard as you want and whenever you want. Always something new and exciting and really great product line. Not your grandma's Avon anymore!! Come see what it is all about.

    Cons

Company has moved away from monthly sales meetings in favor of full online training which can be difficult for some representatives.

    Pros

Company really cares about people and relationships. Strong brand recognition. Great benefits. Good work life balance.

    Cons

Shrinking market share for North America.

    Advice to Management

Need a greater focus on North America customers with more focus on quality and less focus on cost savings. Products must be easily available to young adults who have many choices.
