I have been working at Axiom Global as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Even though you are on-site with clients, they still make you feel like you are a part of the company. Moving from a firm, this is a great way to gain in-house experience.

    Cons

They don't provide any matching 401(k) contributions. Because the work is contract-based, there is never a strong sense of job security in the role. It is unclear what kind of growth potential there is within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Establish 401(k) matching.

I worked at Axiom Global full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fairly generous health plan for full-time employees, generally casual work environment, people are typically great.

    Cons

When it come to comes to execution, they have failed to truly follow-though on most of their initiatives over the past several years. They bought, grew, slowed, restarted then just dropped a line of business which resulted n expensive layoffs of several talented people. They ares till trying to find their ways n other lines of business. It's a decent place for a temp attorney reviewer, and just an ok place for project and outsourcing staff. They have lost/are losing a number of great people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Like many of these other reviews, learn how to value your employees, find a direction and stick with it, pay more attention to client delivery rather than overdoing it with management and over analysis of processes.

I worked at Axiom Global full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule and gifts on your anniversary

    Cons

Expected to work around the clock, low salaries, no company culture. Management is constantly scrambling to make a profit and ignores the needs of their employees in the process. Senior leadership is completely dysfunctional and very obviously do not agree on much of anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on giving helpful feedback to your teams and stop the boys club in senior leadership.

    Pros

Fantastic culture where you work with truly remarkable colleagues. There's great work-life balance and your manager truly cares about your goals - both personal and professional.

    Cons

Due to Axiom still being in the early stages, there are growing pains. Constantly rolling out new initiatives that don't feel like they were well thought out. Need for better career pathing.

I have been working at Axiom Global as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Good work environment, colleagues easy to get along with. Once a week breakfast and monthly celebrations for awards and birthdays.

    Cons

Limited opportunity for growth, work has become very sporadic because they no longer offer eDiscovery to their clients, limited to contract review/management/abstraction. No clear leadership structure, i.e. don't know who is in charge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to provide a clearer view of strategy to contractors if they want reliable and consistent workers.

I have been working at Axiom Global as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Excellent atmosphere and environment to work in. Management team is helpful and supportive. Hours are flexible and the pay rate was average.

    Cons

New projects do not seem to come along as quickly as desired. As such, there are fairly long layoffs between jobs. Also, (and this is a preliminary assessment) I have not seen many contract employees promoted into full-time positions. That may have occurred in the past, but not many have been made recently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.

I have been working at Axiom Global

    Pros

Progressive, dynamic company providing exposure to diverse opportunities. Competitive salaries and benefits. Colleagues are interesting people with a variety of outside interests which adds to the company's culture.

    Cons

Lack of control over landing assignments. No 401k matching policy. At times it feels as though its growing too quickly to remain attentive to its employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great marketing and social events.

    Pros

It is an overall good envornment, with great people in a growing place. They provide proper benfits to full-time employees and do seek to support you in your career.

    Cons

There been some issues with overall business strategy and direction. They seem to be constantly adding layers of managers before the securing the work needed to sustain management as well as the workforce. Recent sudden change is company direction has left a feeling bitterness among a portion of the staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be clear about the direction you are heading. Show more support and trust in the mnaaged services staff. Think about strenghthening the delivery teams rather than changing and adding to delivery maagement so often.
