Details
Pros
If you need a place to start and if you have an interest in the builder market. They are flexible with hours.
Cons
Upper management used to be a mess. Things have changed a lot though in the last year. There was a lot of issues with nepotism. Sale personnel were far over-favored in comparison to the Tech team even though the product they sold was all web based.
Advice to Senior Management
I think that Senior management should give much more care to the tech team. In the end they are the true life blood of the company. Without them you have no product. Without a product the sales team has nothing to sell.
