    Pros

    - Cuture is great
    - People are smart and kind
    - Good work life balance
    - Provides enough trainings
    - Trending towards the right direction (focus on US sales; new methodology in place)
    - Leaders are low profile

    - Lots of products to sell and support
    - Bonus/rewards are confusing

    Average to above average remuneration.

    Non-transparent promotions and mostly bad management.
    People don't last in office more than a few years.

    I have been working at Axway full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - during the last years the projects started to follow the same processes and be more aligned. We now have in place metrics that show us where we are.

    Cons

    - average trainings and rewards. In many occasions the salaries of newcomers are much bigger than the salaries of people that are working in Axway for years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - look at what the key people want and give them that before they start looking for other jobs. It's all about preventing them to do that,

    Pros

    Benefits are on par with other companies. Some of the engineers are very hard working.

    Cons

    French run company. Unless you are French, you will not be respected. In the last 12 months, multiple key U.S. VP's have left the company indicating there are significant internal issues. Leadership turnover is well above the norm indicating there are problems.

    Significant product quality issues. For key products like B2Bi, Axway has NO REFERENCEABLE CLIENTS. Think about what that says.

    Engineering cannot hit delivery dates.

    Get a good management team.

    I have been working at Axway full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Some good people with excellent skill sets and the exchange of technical information.
    Lots of flexibility. Decent work life balance.
    The company is in a transitional phase, and is attempting to clear the cobwebs from it's lethargic and conservative past. There's been some good management changes recently which hopefully translates into better all-round changes globally.

    Cons

    Changes need to be affected across the region. Unappreciated and undervalued technical staff are moving on, resulting in a steadily increasing attrition rate.
    Cronyism still abounds due to the dinosaurs in mgt. He who talks the loudest gets heard.
    Financial incentives are average and sometimes almost embarrassing.
    Age-old company processes which have no place in the present global corporate environment, still abound.

    Changes need to be meaningful and should be incorporated to include everyone not just Sales and Marketing. Value your technical support structure, without them you will struggle !

    people friendliness, complex products, good customers

    Cons

    french dominance, favoritism, they say global but are french centric only.
