I worked at B.F. Saul Property Company
Pros – Good benefits and job security, decent pay raises, good management heirarchy, feeling of being part of the family for most part.
Cons – Little room for growth, location is expensive and lots of traffic, some employees are lazy and unprofessional, poor communcation from management about important issues.
Advice to Senior Management – I can't say much - in this economy you are pretty good compared to other employers. I would say not to waste people's time with dumb HR things and meetings and such.

“Communication between upper management and front desk associates needs improvement. Overall a good place to work.”
I worked at B.F. Saul Property Company
Pros – Great hotel discounts, good health benefits.
Cons – The shifts are awkwardly timed. Shifts range from 7am - 3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to communicate better with front desk associates.
