BAE Systems Electronics & Integrated Solutions Reviews
-
Pros
Great people. Everyone helps everyone else.
Cons
Management is always changing its mind. There is always a new project, an new organization or something. New ones get started before old ones finish. People are left confused and not sure of their priorities.
The future is unclear. BAE has had some layoffs but not explained why they decided to layoff or transfer what they did.
Communications is poor, esp. from senior management.Advice to Senior Management
You are right to make improvements, but you need to plan those improvements a bit better. Give people a clearer picture of what you are trying to do. Bring more stability to the place.
