The 8/9/80 work schedule is nice and lets you get every other friday off by working 9 hours a day

Training budget has been cut and it used to be pretty liberal. Now you must be in a degree program to get 100% tuition reimbursement, including books.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to focus on winning more contracts, small or big. Need to bid on more contracts to continue growing the company.
