    Being treated as professional encourages you to act as such, they are a global corp. with over 100,000 employees but they realize every single person does matter.

    Conswhen you apply do not expect a postion filled response so after 3 months usually means no thanks.

    ConsBASF is not as well known to non-preferred universities and many other qualified engineering majors may miss a great opportunity with "the chemical company," due to lack of awareness.
