Pros – There are a lot of nice people to work with in the agency, despite some can be nasty, But basically everyone can get along very well, we sort out problem on our own with the help from each other.

Cons – Too much of favouritism from the management level and too little respect to the staffs. Any suggestion, opinion, hard work or contribution from lower staffs are all not appreciated by the upper management level. 50% of the staffs are not well train for their job scope and not able to handle designated job. Management only interested in hiring from outside resources rather than fostering potential staffs from internal. Agency has lost many talented quality staffs over the years due to this policy.

Cons – top management movement, incremental issues

Pros – While i worked there, it housed some of the most talented creative people in the industry. Also, we worked on great brands and exciting projects. Creative leadership was excellent, though it might not ve any longer

Cons – The client and upper management used to heavily interfere with creative work. There was no concept of work-life balance. Most of the talented employees and good accounts have moved to other agencies.

Advice to Senior Management – None, as the management has changed drastically over time
