    Pros

great people, good money, managment is understanding and fair for the most part, company gives great benefits and incentives to their employees.

    Cons

everyone that is there is pretty much there to stay so unless someone leaves the company or they create new jobs - its hard to move up.

    Advice to Management

stay away from the "its not what you know, but who you know" ways - give jobs to people who are qualified!

    Pros

Gained valuable experiences. Managers very understanding. Good people to work with. It is a growing company with prominent future. Good environment.

    Cons

Very hard work, not great pay. Sometimes it is hard to gain support between departments. Not a lot of training.

    Advice to Management

Value all employees equally. Compensation should be similar for similar position, not to vary between subsidiaries. More employee encouragement needed.

    Pros

Great benefits and training opportunities. Management appreciates and rewards hard work Transparent communication

    Cons

Local senior management seemed to be forced by corporate to "sing the song" Division management were all talking heads and would take forever to support hiring needs lack of appreciation from corporate when bonus came around, we were always told how much money we made, but someone else was getting the reward.

    Advice to Management

If corporate really appreciates the remote sites then they need to show it not just talk it!

    Pros

Learned a great deal and met a lot of wonderful people.

    Cons

Constant Senior Management Change and operational changes as well. Centralization, outsourcing, layoffs, etc. always kept you guessing. The airport locations use run down equipment and use mostly minimum wage employees who do not qualify for benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Outsourcing doesn't always work.

    Pros

Some very smart people in higher positions. Good benefits. A lot of learning opportunities. There are good career progression opportunities if you are willing to move around the country.

    Cons

Unethical. Making the bottom line justifies all the means. Usually, deficiencies in the financial performance are resolved by layoffs. "Boys' Club" culture. Very political. Training is limited.

    Advice to Management

Put people first. Focus on LT growth, instead of just making the bonus for the year.
