    Pros

BBA wants growth and that is a very good thing. Things are always happening and new opportunities present themselves often. The environment is fluid and changes.

    Cons

The group wants growth so bad that that at times they stifle themselves by changing so quickly when something appears not to go as planned. The group seems to have poor line of sight of the forecast of the future as it pertains to their businesses. They seem not to value their people as much as they say they do contrary to the smoke and mirrors they put on for show. The leadership and culture is built around the status quo (old world thinking) and management.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Some very smart people in higher positions. Good benefits. A lot of learning opportunities. There are good career progression opportunities if you are willing to move around the country.

    Cons

Unethical. Making the bottom line justifies all the means. Usually, deficiencies in the financial performance are resolved by layoffs.
    "Boys' Club" culture. Very political.
    Training is limited.

    Advice to Management

    Put people first.
Focus on LT growth, instead of just making the bonus for the year.

    Pros

Learned a great deal and met a lot of wonderful people.

    Cons

Constant Senior Management Change and operational changes as well. Centralization, outsourcing, layoffs, etc. always kept you guessing. The airport locations use run down equipment and use mostly minimum wage employees who do not qualify for benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Outsourcing doesn't always work.
