I have been working at BBI International

The company is working toward a good cause. With renewable energy as our motivating factor, we're all working towards making the world a better place to live in. It's also a family oriented company that undertsands the importants of personal time off.

I sometimes question the motivations of local management. I think there are some communication and organizational problems within the company, but none severe enough to leave the position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think all members of management need to take management classes, not because they are poor managers but I think it would help them come up with more techniques for solving problems in the office. I also think it would be helpful if Sr. officers were in the office more often to establish healthy relationships with empolyees.
